Meet Carmen, a sweet and snuggly pup with a gentle heart. It may take Carmen a moment to warm up when you first meet her, but with patience and kindness, her playful personality shines through. Once comfortable, Carmen is full of joyful energy—chasing toys, wagging her tail, and cuddling close for love and comfort. We are working with Carmen helping to build her confidence, and with the right support, she’s sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion. Carmen is looking for a calm, caring home where she is able to come into her own and share her big heart.
