Tanner’s story is the perfect place to start. After an incredible 810 days in our care, this gentle, patient soul finally found his forever home. From the moment he arrived, Tanner captured the hearts of our staff and volunteers, and every cuddle, walk, and moment of care brought him closer to this joyful new chapter. When the right family finally came along, there wasn’t a dry eye in the shelter—our team and volunteers were smiling through happy tears. Tanner’s adoption is a powerful reminder that every animal, no matter how long the wait, deserves a loving home. He is just one of twenty-one animals adopted this past summer, each finding the warmth and joy of a new family thanks to the compassion of our community.
