Dear SPCA , we cannot thank you enough for the four dogs we have adopted through you over the last twenty five years. They have each, in their own way, enriched our lives and stayed firmly in our hearts. Olive, adopted two years ago, is a constant delight. She took a while to find her feet and was scared of most things and would hide in the bathroom for hours. She gradually came out of her shell and is now a bubbly and bossy little girl. She has such an easy personality that she comes to work at BHS every day and either snoozes in her basket or is fussed over by the students who know that when they’ve finished their work, they can have some Olive time. She sulks at weekends as she misses school! The SPCA team do such an amazing job with the animals in your care, and we wanted you to know how appreciated you all are.
