The SPCA’s Small Animal Spay/Neuter Assistance Program helps reduce pet overpopulation and improve animal welfare in our community. We offer financial assistance for spaying and neutering rabbits, and for neutering male guinea pigs. Through this program, eligible pet owners can receive up to $200 towards the cost of the procedure, with support based on demonstrated need and available funding.
